Remote Support

We offer full remote support. If you are having a problem with your computer then we may be able to fix it online now.

Because not all problems are able to be fixed remotely, we will connect to your PC, identify the problem and give you an honest assessment of whether we can fix the problem online and how long it should take. We will not charge you until after this free assesment.

After the initial assessment we charge home users £10+VAT for blocks of 15 minutes. The charge for business users without a support contract is £15+VAT for blocks of 15 minutes.

To be able to receive remote assistance you will need to:

  • Have a working broadband connection
  • Agree to the following conditions:
  1. You agree to buy in advance 15 minutes of remote support at the quoted price, which is non refundable and non transferable
  2. You agree to let ComputersOS access your PC for the duration of the remote support.
  3. You agree full access to your PC and you agree to install software to enable remote support.
  4. You have the right to cancel the remote support at anytime, however there will be no refunds if you do.
  5. You understand that not all problems can be fixed via remote assistance and that whilst we will do our best to solve your problem it may not be possible to do so.
  6. We will not store your credit/debit card details at ComputersOS.

We accept Credit and Debit cards as payment.

Please call ComputersOS on 01702 680058 before proceeding
