There are two ways we can help you, one is as a Pay As You Go client, this means you can have the support where and when you want it - right now in fact. If you have a problem we can fix on the telephone a small charge will be made. In some cases we can connect to your machine via the internet and work on it there and then, this too will incur a small charge.
The other way is to become a retained client, this will incur a monthly charge for which you will receive free telephone support, no traveling costs and no call out fees, plus other benefits including a reduced hourly rate.
